The Drummond Certified™ CSOS audit program audits a specific Cryptographic-Module-with-version as used in a software product-with-version which is specifically reviewed against the CSOS requirements. The date listed on the CSOS Audit Certificate and the Drummond Certified™ seal is the date the CSOS Audit Certificate was issued. It is the responsibility of the organization developing the CSOS Product to resubmit the Product-with-version for testing should they make any code changes which affect the functionality tested during the CSOS Audit for creating and or validating digital signatures. DGI does not make any warranties of merchantability of the Product-with-version, nor does DGI make any warranties for a Product that has been changed or updated in anyway which may affect its Drummond Certified™ for CSOS status. Furthermore, it is responsibility of the end-user using the Drummond Certified™ for CSOS Product to ensure that they are in compliance with all DEA and federal regulations regarding controlled substances.

DGI conducts the CSOS test at the audited party's site. The audited party is required to set-up two servers, one acting as purchaser and one acting as seller in order to simulate the use of this product by the final user. However, the reader should be aware that this product has NOT been observed and audited in an end users actual production environment and is being disclaimed to that extent.
