 DGI Tech Support

Only companies officially enrolled in AS2 In-the-Queue Self-Paced Test should complete the DGI Tech Support request forms. All requests for DGI Tech Support require submission of the online forms request forms linked below. Technical support will be provided primarily via email. DGI will respond within two business days.

If it is a connectivity issue, you must still complete the DGI Tech Support request forms, but you will NOT be charged any fees or be required to purchase a DGI Technical Support Package.

AS2 In-the-Queue Self-Paced Test

For those currently enrolled in the AS2 In-the-Queue Self-Paced Test, please follow the link below to request technical support. If it is a connectivity issue, you will not be charged any fees or required to purchase a DGI Technical Support Package. You will have to purchase DGI Technical Support Packets for other issues other than connectivity.

If it is for a technical issue other than for connectivity, you will be required to purchase a minimum of five hours of DGI Technical Support for $1,000. DGI will keep track of hours used to resolve requested issues. Participant may use any remaining hours to request assistance for further technical support, but will have to submit another DGI Technical Support request form.
