James Threatte leads Drummond’s ONC Accredited Test Lab (ATL) with a focus on fostering collaborative and high-performing teams. His people-first leadership philosophy prioritizes flexibility and connection, empowering account managers to excel in their roles. With over 20 years of experience in the health IT industry, James is committed to advancing the adoption of health technologies that improve care quality, enhance operational efficiencies, and reduce costs.
Before joining Drummond in 2019, James was a product manager at Doctorsoft Corporation, where he guided software development and compliance initiatives. His diverse background includes managing EHR clinic implementations, co-founding a software company, leading EHR client deployments, and successfully steering software development teams through the ONC Health IT Testing and Certification process.
James holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from UCLA and a master’s degree in health communication from Northwestern University. He resides in the Chicago area with his wife and son.
