On December 13th, 2023, the ONC Cures Act HTI-1 Proposed Rule completed this important phase in its development when the ONC released the HTI-1 Final Rule. It officially takes effect on February 8, 2024, and sets key enforcement deadlines in 2025, 2026, and beyond.
